Downloading remote backups

1. Click the Remote Backups tab.

2. Choose one:

   • Listed By Timestamp

   • Preserved

   • Hosted Files

   • Removed Files

3. Select a backup, then click Download Backup.

4. Download a selected database:

   • For the Listed By Timestamp or Preserved section: Select the databases to download, then click Download.

   • For the Hosted Files or Removed Files section: Select the timestamp to download, then click Download.

After each database is prepared for download, a message is saved in the Remote Backups > Backup Message Center section. The message provides a Download button to download the backup file.

Notes 

• If you remove a database, the next scheduled backup will not include the database. To download the last backup of the removed database, click the Removed Files tab.
