FileMaker scripting processes limit
This option sets the maximum number of FileMaker Script Engine (FMSE) processes that are allowed to run simultaneously; sessions over this limit are queued. This applies to all server-side scripts, whether started by FileMaker clients or by schedules. At a minimum, the FMSE always allows as many simultaneous sessions as the number of CPU cores in the primary machine, regardless of this setting.
To modify the FileMaker scripting processes limit:
-
In Admin Console, click the Configuration > FileMaker Clients tab.
-
Click Change next to Number of FileMaker Script Engine Processes.
-
Select your preferred value from the available options.
Note Not all options may be available depending on your system's hardware limitations.
-
Click Yes in the dialog to confirm the restart of the FileMaker Server Scripting Engine.
