About Apple School Manager users in Claris Connect
Apple School Manager users sign in to Claris Connect using their Managed Apple Account. As such, your team and subscription are managed differently than users who sign in with their Claris ID. You may read references in Claris Connect Help to functionality that you don’t presently see in Claris Connect.

Managed Apple Account users don’t share projects with other users.

Claris ID users go to the Claris Customer Console to view or manage their profile information, invite or manage users, and manage their subscription. Links in Claris Connect take these users to Claris Customer Console for these tasks.
