Renewing your subscription (FileMaker Cloud)

Note  The following information is for FileMaker Cloud team managers.

As your FileMaker Cloud subscription nears its expiration date, you begin receiving notifications. To renew your subscription:

  1. In Claris Customer Console, on the Subscription > Summary tab, click Renew Subscription.

    Note  The option to renew becomes available 30 days prior to your expiration date.

  2. Follow the onscreen instructions in the Claris Store to renew your subscription.

Important  If you don’t renew the subscription, your cloud compute (instance) will be terminated and you will have 45 days to retrieve your data. After 45 days, your data will be deleted. See Retrieving custom apps and log files (FileMaker Cloud).
