Downloading FileMaker software (FileMaker Cloud)

Note  The following information is for FileMaker Cloud team managers.

If you are a FileMaker Cloud team manager, you can view and manage your software license, and download FileMaker software in Claris Customer Console.

Note  FileMaker Pro purchases associated with the Claris Partner Program, a Solutions Bundle Agreement (SBA), Claris resellers, or Site and Enterprise licenses don't appear in Claris Customer Console.

To download FileMaker Pro:

1. On the Subscription page, click the Downloads tab, the look under the FileMaker Pro heading.

2. For Download License Certificate, click Download.

3. For Download FileMaker Pro, click the version you need.

To download FileMaker Go:

1. On the Subscription page, click the Downloads tab, the look under the FileMaker Go heading.

2. Click .

3. Follow the onscreen instructions for downloading the software.

• For information on using the software, see FileMaker Pro Help and FileMaker Go Help.

• If you're using FileMaker Pro for the first time after converting from the trial license, in the FileMaker Pro License dialog box, click Enter License. Click Browse, then select the downloaded license certificate file. See Converting the FileMaker Cloud trial (FileMaker Cloud) for more information.
