Working with plug-ins
A plug-in is software that extends the capabilities of FileMaker Pro and FileMaker Server. Plug-ins may be available from third-party software companies, or from a development or information systems group within your organization.
A plug-in can implement features that you access by using external functions, external script steps, or both. See the documentation that came with the plug-in.
