Discontinuing your subscription

To cancel your subscription, contact Claris Sales.

Before canceling your subscription, make sure to download your databases and log files.

  1. To download your databases, see Downloading databases.

  2. To download your log files, click the Logs tab in FileMaker Cloud Admin Console, then click Select and choose the log name. Click Download.

Important  After your FileMaker Cloud license expires, you have 45 days to retrieve your data. After 45 days, your data will be deleted. See Retrieving custom apps and log files.
