Step 8. Load your Admin Console schedules and administrator roles
If you are moving from a previous FileMaker Server 18, FileMaker Server 19, FileMaker Server 20, or FileMaker Server 21 installation, you can load the schedule settings file and administrator roles settings file after installation. See Step 1. Save your schedules and administrator roles.
Important Whenever you load a schedule settings file or administrator roles settings file, all existing schedules or administrator roles in the new FileMaker Server installation are deleted and replaced by the schedules or administrator roles in the settings file. You cannot merge the schedule settings or administrator roles from multiple FileMaker Servers.

Open Admin Console for the new FileMaker Server installation and click the Configuration > Script and Verify Schedules tab.

Click Save or Load and choose Load All Schedules.

Click Browse and navigate to the folder where you saved the schedule settings file.

Select the schedule settings file and click Choose.

Click Load to load the schedule settings file into FileMaker Server.

Verify the schedules loaded successfully.

Open the LoadSchedules.log file in the Logs folder for detailed information about errors that may have occurred and make any necessary corrections.

Click the Administration > Administrator Roles tab.

Click Save or Load and choose Load All Roles.

Click Browse and navigate to the folder where you saved the administrator roles settings file.

Click Load to load the administrator roles settings file into FileMaker Server.

Verify the administrator roles loaded successfully.

If the Administrator Roles Loaded dialog box appears, note the errors that occurred so that you can make the necessary corrections, then click OK.
