Viewing and managing backups
In the left pane of the Backups page:

Click Listed By Timestamp to see a list of backups, to preserve backups, to edit backup labels, to restore backups, and to download backups.

Click Preserved to see the list of preserved backups, edit backup labels, remove a backup from the preserved list, to restore backups, and to download backups.

Click Hosted File to restore backups and to download backups.

Click Deleted File to restore backups and to download backups.

Click Backup Message Center to view complete, in progress, and failed backup tasks.

Click Backup Settings to modify the deleted database retention policy, to modify the backups retention policy, and to enable or disable whether backups with saved encryption passwords will be downloaded as unencrypted databases.

Backups listed by timestamp appear in timestamp order (in UTC time).

You can use the date box in the timestamp backups and perserved backups sections to filter backups by a specific date.

The Backup Message Center > Backup Tasks section contains backup restoration tasks where download preparations are complete. Click the Download button to save the backup file to your local computer.

The Backup Message Center > Backup Tasks section includes a progress bar for backup tasks that are in progress.

The default deleted database retention period is 7 days. The retention period can be modified to between 1 and 15 days.

The default backups retention period is 30 days. The retention period can be modified to between 1 and 30 days.
