Downloading backups

1. In the right pane of the Backups page, select a backup, then click Download Backup.

2. Download a selected database:

   • For the Listed By Timestamp or Preserved section: Select the databases to download, then click Download.

   • For the Hosted File or Deleted File section: Select the timestamp to download, then click Download.

After each database is prepared for download, a message is saved in the Backups > Backup Message Center section. The message provides a Download button to download the zipped backup file. Downloaded backup files are saved with the filename <filename>_<UTC_timestamp>.zip.

Notes 

• If you delete a database, the next scheduled backup will not include the database. To download the deleted database, you must use the last available backup for the database in the Deleted File section.

• For deleted databases, you can also display downloadable backup encryption passwords.

• If you update a database after a scheduled backup and then delete the database before the next scheduled backup, your changes will not be saved.
