Setting the auto maintenance schedule

In Admin Console, click Configuration > General Settings.

Your FileMaker Cloud instance is automatically restarted once a day for auto maintenance. You can't disable auto maintenance. Auto maintenance starts within an hour after the scheduled time. To change the auto maintenance schedule, under Auto Maintenance Settings modify the settings provided below.

In general, auto maintenance will not occur if clients are connected, but clients may be disconnected during auto maintenance for critical updates. Make sure to save your changes before the scheduled auto maintenance. To force client disconnection once a week to ensure weekly auto maintenance, enable the Enable Weekly Auto Maintenance option and select the Weekly Auto Maintenance day of the week.

Local Time Zone

Click Change to select your preferred time zone.

Auto Maintenance Window

Click Change to select your preferred one-hour window for auto maintenance.

Enable Weekly Auto Maintenance

Enable to force client disconnection during weekly auto maintenance.

Weekly Auto Maintenance

Select the day of the week to run weekly auto maintenance.

• Changing the local time zone changes the auto maintenance schedule.
