ADT components in a file

ADT adds custom functions, a layout, scripts, and a table to your FileMaker file. They support the creation and maintenance of Web Viewer apps.

What ADT adds

ADT installs these components in your FileMaker file:

• Scripts — ADT_execute_data_api, ADT_execute_sql, ADT_deploy_html, ADT_container_upload, ADT_get_filemaker_ddl_schema, and ADT_probe

• The ADT App layout, plus one per-app layout created when you add a Web Viewer app with adt app add

• The ADTWebViewerApp custom function

• An ADT table with global fields used for deployment and internal bookkeeping

ADT places each of these in a folder named Agentic Development Toolkit, so you can distinguish its components from the rest of your solution. Each installed script includes its version number at the top.

The coding agent plugin can inspect these components and update them when you ask. You do not need to track individual component versions yourself.
