Using Help

Claris Customer Console Help provides comprehensive, step-by-step instructions on Claris Customer Console features.

To get help:

  • At the bottom of each page in Claris Customer Console, click Help. Then:
    • browse the Help table of contents to locate topics by subject
    • click topic titles on the Help homepage for help on frequently used topics
    • search for particular topics by entering a topic title or a keyword in the search box
  • For information about an area or option on a Claris Customer Console page, click Help button to see a tooltip, or click Learn more for an associated Help topic.

To print a Help topic:

  • With the Help topic displayed, click Print button, then click Print.
