Using Help
Claris Customer Console Help provides comprehensive, step-by-step instructions on Claris Customer Console features.
To get help:
- At the bottom of each page in Claris Customer Console, click Help. Then:
- browse the Help table of contents to locate topics by subject
- click topic titles on the Help homepage for help on frequently used topics
- search for particular topics by entering a topic title or a keyword in the search box
- For information about an area or option on a Claris Customer Console page, click to see a tooltip, or click Learn more for an associated Help topic.
To print a Help topic:
- With the Help topic displayed, click , then click Print.
