After you've added a data source, you can specify options for FileMaker data sources and ODBC data sources.
•To access FileMaker data sources, you define a reference to that file. See Editing FileMaker data sources.
•To access ODBC data sources, you must set up a driver for the data source, connect to the data source name (DSN), identify the tables you want to work with in that data source, and then add the external table in the relationships graph. See Editing ODBC data sources.
