Defining fields in Table ViewNote To have fields that you define in Table View display on a layout, you must select the Add newly defined fields to current layout preference before you define the fields. See Setting layout preferences.

2. In Table View, click the Create Field column heading and type a name for the first field.

4. To add a second field, click + in the column heading.
