View As
Displays data in the specified format.
Options
- View as Form displays records page by page in the format determined by the database designer.
- View as List displays records as records in a list, so they can be browsed without clicking the backward and forward buttons in the status toolbar.
- View as Table displays the records on screen in a grid, so that many fields and records may be viewed at one time in a format similar to a spreadsheet.
- Cycle switches from the current view to the next view.
