ValueListNames

Returns a list of the names of all value lists in fileName.

Format 

ValueListNames ( fileName )

Parameters 

fileName - the name of an open database file (local or remote).

Description 

Listed items are separated by carriage returns.

Notes 

  • In FileMaker WebDirect, this function supports returning results from the current file. If fileName references a different file, this function returns an empty string.

Example 1 

ValueListNames ( "Customers" ) returns a list of all the value list names in the Customers database file.
