MiddleValues Purpose Returns text containing the specified numberOfValues in text, starting at startingValue. Format MiddleValues(text;startingValue;numberOfValues) Parameters text - any text expression or text field startingValue - any numeric expression or field containing a number numberOfValues - any numeric expression or field containing a number Important See Design functions for information about literal text parameters. Data type returned text Originated in FileMaker Pro 7.0 Description Values are text items separated by carriage returns. A value can be empty, a single character, a word, a sentence or a paragraph. When you press Return you start creating a new value. The last value will be recognized with or without a carriage return. Each value that is returned ends with a carriage return, allowing lists to be easily concatenated.
