Returns a number for the current menu bar state.

Description 
In FileMaker Pro, FileMaker Go and FileMaker WebDirect, returns:
 •
0 if the menu bar is hidden and unlocked
 •
1 if the menu bar is visible and unlocked
 •
2 if the menu bar is visible and locked
 •
3 if the menu bar is hidden and locked
