Setting Shortcuts preferences (macOS)
In FileMaker Pro (starting in macOS Monterey 12.0), Shortcuts preferences control which files can donate scripts to the Shortcuts app. See Running scripts through Shortcuts.
-

Choose FileMaker Pro menu > Preferences.
 -

In the Preferences dialog box, click the Shortcuts tab.
FileMaker Pro files that contain donated scripts appear in the list. Files that you allow to donate scripts have a check mark beside them.

If a file no longer has scripts to be donated or if the fmurlscript extended privilege is no longer enabled, the file is removed from the list.
