Setting Shortcuts preferences (macOS)
In FileMaker Pro (starting in macOS Monterey 12.0), Shortcuts preferences control which files can donate scripts to the Shortcuts app. See Running scripts through Shortcuts.

Choose FileMaker Pro menu > Preferences.

In the Preferences dialog box, click the Shortcuts tab.
FileMaker Pro files that contain donated scripts appear in the list. Files that you allow to donate scripts have a check mark beside them.

Enable or disable donating scripts for a file |
Select or deselect the checkbox next to the file's name. |
Remove an enabled file temporarily from the list |
Select one or more files, then press the Delete key. The file is added back to the list when it is opened again. |
Notes

If a file no longer has scripts to be donated or if the fmurlscript extended privilege is no longer enabled, the file is removed from the list.
