Authentication for Claris Go

For Claris Go, users are authenticated via Claris ID accounts and must sign in to their Claris ID accounts when they first start Claris Go.

After a user signs in to their Claris ID account, the account is used to authenticate the user to open a file. If the file doesn't include an account access entry for the user's Claris ID account and the default account is disabled, the user won't be able to open the file. To grant access to users, you must use Claris Pro to create account access entries in the file, which associate users' Claris ID accounts with privilege sets. See “Creating and editing account access” in FileMaker Pro Help.
